Stephanie has over 2 decades of experience in Lean Six Sigma and transformation programs, including almost 10 years in Tokyo, Japan. She was the first Master Black Belt certified through an accredited Australian program and is currently serving as the CEO of the niche consulting company, Blue Crane Consulting Group.
Over the past 5 years, Stephanie’s focus has been on building the connection between aligned methodologies and frameworks at the industry level, while her company delivers results for customers, companies and communities. She is an expert in LSS culture development and is always open to opportunities to connect more within our community.
Sophie Kijas
Secretary
Sophie’s diverse career background includes: trek guide and travel agent, helicopter pilot and for the past 15 years working in local government delivering innovative collaborations and leading improvements.
Sophie is passionate about the AASSP as it provides her an avenue to keep abreast of industry ‘continuous improvement’ trends exploring creative ways to solve complex problems with others.
She finds the AASSP a great way to meet interesting people so she can share and develop her own thinking and ideas.
Gary Talbot

Gary has a distinguished career and
recognised leader of transformational change with multi industries and with world wide experience
Gary is motivated by “growing people” and “fixing problems”.
He's comfortable operating at the boardroom as well as the shopfloor level using all of the different toolkits available such as Lean, Change, Agile etc to deliver excellence for the organisation.
He has delivered large scale organizational transformation programs which includes mergers and acquisitions.
George Potamianakis

George has over 20 years experience in implementing process improvement programs in organisations across multiple industries including Financial Services, Telecommunications, IT, Local, State & Federal Government, Educational, Construction, Automation and Control, Defence and Transportation.
He is one of the founding Directors of Process2Customer Consulting Group (P2C) and is degree qualified and is a practising Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He has guided multiple organisations through their improvement journey and has trained and coached over 500 improvement practitioners and leaders to achieve their goals.
Michael Parrington
Marketing & Communications
Michael has over 20 years of experience working with process improvement in service based industries across Product Management, Business Analysis, Process Automation and Customer Experience roles using technologies from Cisco, Nuance, Dimension Data, Ui Path, ABBYY and boutique vendors like Nuamedia.
He has the ability to blend creative thinking, technical analysis, problem solving and strategy to continuous improvement initiatives. His thirst for knowledge has included enhancing his toolkit to include Agile mindset methodologies, Human Centric Service and User Experience Design and Change Management.
David Master
Committee Member
A senior practitioner of 20 years across mining, service and banking. David has helped business deliver effectively to their customers with a wide catalogue of experience and case studies where he has connected with various people and teams to deliver successful outcomes.
David is a past President of the AASSP and sees the association as a personal way to meet, shares some stories and learn about the inspirational way improvements are being delivered in other businesses.
Binu Chacko

Binu is a business transformation specialist with over 12+ years of experience with Top Tier Consulting firms and Big 4 Bank as program manager, engagement manager, project lead and senior consultant.
He have had a successful track record of utilising Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and Design thinking to advise, design and deliver transformation projects across Banking, IT, Tolling, Telecommunication and Utilities sectors.
Binu is an MBA from UTS and recently did an Executive Education certificate from The Wharton Business school in Business model innovation in the Digital Age.
